Hahaha, actually its quite easy:

Step one: upload the photo into the server which I provided for you, cfind a word with "Host and Image"

Step two: Choose a file and see how big is the size (choose 320x - for blogs for smaller size)

Step three:
A series of link will appear, choose the second link, copy it

Step four:
paste it here at the forum or just type

Code:

[img]your image url[/ img]

Step five; (You should have the image by now)
